The acclaimed digital artist Android Jones, in partnership with FulldomeLab, presents Samskara – a stunning visual journey into the mind. Jones’ artwork is inspired by the ancient Sanskrit texts or Vedas. His two dimensional art has been given depth, and combined with sacred geometry, to create a kaleidoscope of imagery never seen before.

Originally produced for the Pepsi Art Dome at Voodoo Music + Arts Experience (a.k.a. VoodooFest) 2015 in New Orleans, this piece is a collaboration between artists and animators at Likuid Art and FullDomeLab. This stunning, immersive creation, featuring original score and sound design, showcases work by artists from Likuid Art’s growing online subscription-based art repository, including Android Jones, Greg “Craola” Simkins, Karen Bystedt, Devin Liston and Gosha Levochkin (working as devNgosha) and LikuidArt’s own Chris Saunders. Their work has been reimagined for the 360° fulldome format using 3D modelling, animation and compositing to bring still images to life put the audience inside the art.

Join adventurer Felix Baumgartner on his October 2012 jump from a balloon at the edge of space to Earth, almost 39,000 meters (128,000 feet) below. Before parachuting to safety he broke the speed barrier in a freefall that lasted over four minutes. This short film uses actual footage, computer graphics and 3D effects to take the viewer from the adrenaline rush of the jump, throught the graceful parachute descent and beyond the landing, into a journey of the imagination in an immersive fulldome experience.

Fulldome Film Society and FullDome Lab will premiere our latest collaboration - “Rosetta”. Rosetta tells the story of the ESA - European Space Agency's Rosetta Mission, conceived in the early 1990’s, to rendezvous, orbit and land on a comet. The Rosetta probe was launched on 2 March 2004 and, after a ten-year journey, reached the comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko on 6 August 2014. The probe’s Philae lander module performed the first successful landing on a comet on 12 November 2014.

Explore Angkor Wat, the temple complex of the ancient Khmer capital located in present day Siem Reap, Cambodia. Experience the excitement as hot air balloons jostle for space as their envelopes are inflated prior to flight at the Thailand International Balloon Festival. Take in the view from the basket as a balloon rises over Chiang Mai, travels across rice paddies and roadways, before skating over rooftops and making a successful landing. Time-lapse and slow exposures add to the spectacle of flames shooting from burners and illuminating balloons from around the world during night-time launches.

FullDomeLab content production studio once again took the visitors to Jagannath Astaka Show off their feet with its astounding immersive animations. Astaka refers to the number 8, and Jagannath means ""Lord of the Universe"". This stunning fulldome cartoon glorifying Lord Chaitanya is a mind-blowing psychedelic immersive media product that proved a tremendous success with the audience exposing them to the unique world of psychedelic art."
